It's been a busy time. In a nutshell: Chicago has great mass transit. Opening ceremonies were extremely boring. Practice on Sunday morning went well. We got lost looking for a restauraunt. And then we had a great dinner and 8 hours of sleep before this morning's start.

If you currently pay, say, 6 percent for the mortgage and can get a total refi at 6.5 percent, it might be a much better deal than keeping a small balance first mortgage at 6 percent and getting a second loan at a much higher interest rate. money market funds and money
